Congratulations to our wonderful client on selling his home at One Rincon Hill!🥂 On days like today, I like to reflect on what I’ve learned over the past few weeks - each transaction teaches me something new, and there’s always more to learn. The lessons here were many, including the fact that working w/ contractors will usually not go according to schedule, and will almost always cost more 🤷🏻‍♀️ The key is staying on top of vendors, and negotiating skills, which served me well here. We were under contract in just 2 weeks (in a market where listings can take weeks or even months to sell) and for a higher price than originally anticipated. We had made thousands of dollars worth of upgrades without the seller having to pay a dime upfront, which ultimately made him more money.
