It was such a pleasure to welcome my clients to homeownership last week! I loved every minute of working with this adorable family to find a more spacious home for their family in an excellent school district. We searched across several cities in the East Bay, and after they decided that they loved Walnut Creek the best, we focused on finding them a good sized condo there in their price range. We also needed to find a home that wasn’t too far from Bart so that the commute into San Francisco would still be convenient. Fortunately, we found a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in their ideal price range right near the Bart station — a rare combination!
