Sizzling September is long gone, and cooler weather is back again here in San Francisco, which means my favorite season is well underway: pumpkin spice season! Ahem, I mean, Autumn. I’m looking forward to all things cozy and baking lots of pecan pies using my family recipe.
Now that we’re well into Q4, I’ve also been checking in on the resolutions I had set for myself back in January… and I’ve got some work to do! How are you doing on your resolutions, and how do you plan to end the year strong? If you need an accountability partner, let me know, and we can hold each other accountable. There’s still time!
With temperatures dropping, I’ve also turned my heater on again after months of not needing it. So, like the good homeowner I try to be, I was sure to call Air Flow Pros to service my furnace to ensure long-lasting, peak performance. We all need a little TLC, and our home appliances are no exception. If it’s been a while since your last tune-up, give them a call!
Speaking of temperatures, the real estate market was a cool one over the past several weeks. In September, we saw the usual flood of Fall inventory. With some homes taking a little longer to sell, price reductions, and seller incentives, opportunities for buyers abounded. Over the past few days, however, it does seem that homes are selling a little faster and things are picking back up again, with people trying to buy or sell before the holidays kick in. In my opinion, winter is therefore a great time to be in the market… less competition!
