… In other words: more homes sold at higher prices, but homes took longer to sell, compared to a year prior.

Median Sales Price: $989,818 (-5.7% YOY)
Average Days on Market: 54 (+8% YOY)
… In other words: fewer condos sold, at lower prices, and took longer to sell, compared to a year prior.
