JUST SOLD – 979 36th Street, Richmond

Congratulations to my newest set of homeowners! Admittedly, this home started out with some flaws that might have scared other homebuyers away.  But after reviewing what was truly important to my clients and taking a closer second look, my clients decided this was the home for them, so we convinced the seller to fix those “flaws” with our winning offer and went for it.  It took some persistence, but sometimes winning the right home for you means really thinking about what you want, what can be fixed to get you what you want, and what you can’t live without.  Then, with the right negotiations, you can reach an agreement that works for everyone. SOLD – 393 Cherrywood Avenue, San Leandro CA

I am thrilled to have closed on this cozy 2-bedroom home in San Leandro on Monday! Thank you to my client for putting your trust and faith in me to help you find a home.  It has been a pleasure to help you buy your first home!

After getting beat on a few properties in a competitive market (including a property that received 50 offers!), and after the first position buyer fell out of contract, I was able to get my client into contract and negotiate the price down to save him a few thousand dollars off the purchase price. Proving that even in a hot market, homeownership can be attainable (with some patience and a little help from a skilled realtor).  In the end, it was all worth it to get him this well-maintained home on a corner lot in his ideal location. SOLD – 571 4th Avenue, San Francisco

It was an incredible pleasure to help my client buy this stunning 3-level home in the Richmond district, San Francisco, this month.  After a few weeks of looking for the right home, and a couple of failed offers that were beat by all-cash buyers, we beat multiple other offers to get them an even better home in their preferred location.  Things really do happen for a reason, and I am so thankful this worked out for the best!

If you are thinking of buying a home but are worried you can’t compete in today’s market, let’s talk! I can help make it happen. Continue reading “SOLD – 571 4th Avenue, San Francisco”
